22, 2008 through Dec. 31, 2008 - Must pay for two weeks to receive 30%
off published weekly rates. No refunds for early departure. Additional
days charged at full daily rate. Maximum 2 weeks at discounted rate.

Rental
Policies
- All rentals are for Families only,
children and young adults under 25 must be accompanied by their
parents -
Absolutely no houseparties are allowed.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to
maximums listed unless approved in advance.
- 2 Bedroom Unit - Maximum 6
- 3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum 8
- Summer Rentals (May 17th through
August 8th) are weekly only. You have a choice of either Saturday or
Sunday arrival & departure.
- Daily rentals are available
off-season - a 3 night minimum stay is required.
- Rental includes an initial setup of
linens and departure cleaning service.
- One on premises parking space is
available per unit. Additional parking is available across the
street for a small additional fee.
Additional parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and and
will only be available for one additional car per room in peak
season.
- We accept payment by Cash,
Traveler’s Checks, Personal Check, Visa or MasterCard. A
credit card imprint will be required at check-in!
- All rates posted are subject to
change and do not include 12% Tax.
- A $200.00 deposit is required on all
reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Payment in full
is required on all reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancellation - Deposit (less a
$25.00 Cancellation Fee) is refunded if Cancellation is made at
least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Check-Out by 10:00 AM -
A DAILY FEE APPLIES TO ALL LATE CHECK-OUTS!
- Check-In after 4:00 PM
- No Refunds for Early Departure
- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED!
- For your comfort, non-smoking rooms
are available by advance request (subject to availability.)
